Beneath the undercurrents of highly optimised individuals vying over the perfect bloodwork lies individuals who want both high performance and occasional indulgence - “wellness anarchists”, as the always-astute @thomygarland puts it. “Contemporary wellness culture presents consumers with two equally uncompromising positions. High-performance brands assume monastic dedication with endless metrics, optimization protocols and supplement stacks.
